How to Detail a Car in Hot Weather Without Streaks
Heat, sun, and summer humidity can make detailing your car frustrating—and risky. Here’s how to do it right and avoid streaks, spots, and surface damage.
Why Hot Weather Causes Problems

1. Wash Early or in the Shade
The best time to wash is early morning or late evening when panels are cool. If you must wash in daylight, move panel-by-panel and keep the surface wet until drying.
