We say 6+ months. But it can be longer or shorter depending on how the car is maintained and how often you apply the product. We apply often because we love the product and the benefits it offers.

Yes, it works really well to remove hard water spots, unclog ceramic coatings and more. DO NOT LET IT DRY on the surface, thats important. Also, make sure the surface is cool to the touch. It's not a good idea to spray it onto a hot surface as it could create staining.

Yes. But, if the surface already has sun damage, peeling paint or oxidation, our products cannot reverse that damage. Use often to help protect from future issues.

We usually process and ship out each product within 1-3 business days (its just me and the family over here shipping your orders out). This can be longer during the holiday season (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc. hopefully right?!!?! this means lots of orders and new products and goodies coming soon after). 

I really strive to provide you with the best products possible and honestly think these products are the best on the planet. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product, we offer a complete replacement for up to 1 year after the purchase date (but tbh I don't want you to be unhappy and have to keep a product you hate, so send me a message jimbo@jimbosdetailing.com and ill take care of you). 

You can return items in new and unused conditions for a full refund at any point in time. Honestly, I don't want you to keep something you don't like. Just send an email to support@jimbosdetailing.com

If the order received is not in good condition or damage, you may contact the shipment carrier. If they do not respond, please contact us, and we will send you a replacement at no charge.
