Is Quivr Rogue Foam Soap just another thick-foam product—or does it actually clean? We tested it directly against Super Soaper. Here’s what happened.

Quivr Rogue Soap vs Super Soaper – Real Foam Cannon Test

Quivr’s Rogue Foam Soap promises “insane foam” and a glossy finish. But does it actually clean—or just look good on camera?

We tested Quivr Rogue against Jimbo’s Super Soaper in the same foam cannon, same dilution, and same conditions. Here's how they compared.

Setup

  • 2 oz of soap into 16 oz of warm water
  • Standard Amazon foam cannon
  • Ryobi 1800 PSI pressure washer
  • Pre-rinse, foam, 5-minute dwell, rinse

1. Foam Thickness & Dwell Time

  • Quivr Rogue: Foam was thick and clung well, but started breaking down quickly around trim and vertical panels.
  • Super Soaper: Rich, dense foam that stayed put across all surfaces. Dwell time lasted longer—over 5 minutes on cool panels.

Winner: Super Soaper – Better stability and thickness across the entire vehicle.

2. Cleaning Power (No Agitation)

This is where many foaming soaps fall apart. Looking thick is one thing—actually lifting dirt is another.

  • Quivr Rogue: Removed surface dust and pollen, but left behind road film and light grease.
  • Super Soaper: Lifted more grime, especially around lower panels and behind tires. Rinse-off left the panel 80–90% clean before any mitt was used.

Winner: Super Soaper – Not just foam for show. It actually helps clean.

3. Rinse & Residue

  • Quivr Rogue: Rinsed clean with some effort. Slight film on glass and tight trim areas.
  • Super Soaper: Rinsed effortlessly. No residue, no drag, and zero streaking on glass or paint.

Winner: Super Soaper – Easier rinsing and better post-rinse slickness.

4. pH and Safety

Both claim to be pH-balanced, but Super Soaper has been specifically tested on:

  • Ceramic coatings
  • Waxed finishes
  • Trim, rubber, and even PPF

Quivr’s claims are general. Super Soaper backs it up with actual usage testing across various surface types.

Is Rogue Foam Worth the Price?

It looks good. It foams well. But it's built for the camera—not real-world cleaning. For results you can feel—not just film—Super Soaper wins hands down.
