How do I apply it?

Spray lightly onto a microfiber towel or panel, spread evenly, then buff off with a second clean microfiber towel. One light mist per panel is usually enough.

Does it leave streaks or high spots?

No, not when used correctly. Streaking usually comes from using too much product or using a towel that is too wet with product.
